World Cup Behind the Scenes [VIDEO]

Come behind the scenes with me as I take you through one of the most insane months of my life – The 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil.

I worked for an Australian tour company, attend five matches in five different Brazilian cities and watched the semi finals and finals matches back home in Rio de Janeiro at the FIFA Fan Fest in Copacabana Beach.

Clips are from the following World Cup matches:

  1. Australia vs Chile – Cuiaba (Arena Pantanal)
  2. Australia vs Netherlands – Porto Alegre (Estádio Beira-Rio)
  3. Australia vs Spain – Curitiba (Arena da Baixada)
  4. Brazil vs Chile – Local bar in my neighborhood in Rio
  5. Colombia vs Uruguay – Rio de Janeiro (Maracana Stadium)
  6. USA vs Belgium – Salvador de Bahia (Arena Fonte Nova)
  7. Brazil vs Colombia, Brazil vs Germany, Argentina vs Netherlands, Argentina vs Germany – All mashed together from the FIFA Fan Fest.

If you haven’t already, read my World Cup story here and see all the photos here.

    1. Thanks SJ, You Aussies really know how to have a good time and they were definitely a great group to enjoy this event with.

  1. The clips of you walking into those beautiful stadiums gives the sense of how overwhelming that must have been . So glad you got to experience it and share it with us.

    1. Overwhelming is a great word for it. Walking into that stadium in Cuiaba for the first match against Chile absolutely took my breath away. Such a rush when everything finally came to fruition.
